
Request subscriptions
When requesting a subscription please note the following:
Subscriptions are granted for Products, not individual APIs.
A Product can contain multiple APIs. When a subscription to a Product is approved, you will have access to all the APIs in the Product.
APIs can belong to multiple Products. Please ensure that you are selecting the appropriate Product for your needs. If you have questions about which Product is appropriate, please contact your Midmark Administrator.
To Request a Subscription, select PRODUCTS from the top navigation menu.

Select the Product that contains your API

If you are already subscribed to the selected Product, your subscriptions for that Product are displayed.

If you do not have any subscriptions for the selected Product, a list of the APIs in the Product are displayed.

Enter a name for your subscriptions and select Subscribe.

You will receive an email from Midmark confirming your subscription request.

Your Profile page will now show your subscription with a state of Submitted.

Primary and Secondary keys will be generated for your subscription. The keys can be added to the API header; however, the API will continue to return an "Access denied due to invalid subscription key" error until your request is approved by Midmark.

SUBSCRIPTION REQUEST APPROVED
Once a subscription request is granted, you will receive an email stating that your request has been granted.

The State of the subscription is updated to Active on your Profile page. You can now manage your subscriptions and use your subscriptions.

SUBSCRIPTION REQUEST NOT APPROVED
If your request is not approved, you will receive an email stating that your request has not been approved.

The State of the subscription is updated to Rejected on your Profile page.
